01. Client Satisfaction Policy.

In the event you’re unhappy with your service, please contact the salon immediately so we may make appropriate adjustments to ensure your satisfaction. Redos must be completed within one week of the original service by the original stylist.

02. Cancellation Policy.

We require 24 hour’s notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. In the event that 24 hour’s notice is not given, the client’s reserved credit card will be charged 100% of the service. No shows are included under this policy. Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee may apply.

  • Your hair health is the #1 focus for our salon. We use the best practices in the hair industry to maintain healthy hair and cultivate natural growth.

  • We encourage all hair types at Hair Waves and work with natural hair care too. We have a range of services for natural hair and use safe (non-chemical) products.
